Senior Business Analyst in ALM

Our clients represent all facets of banking, be it retail, corporate, wholesale / treasury, capital markets or specialized lending institutions and use our software products to comply with ever more demanding regulatory standards and to optimize their risk management practices.
The Role
The Business Analyst will be member of a team of Implementation Services people dedicated to implement Moody's Analytics Solutions across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities :
To develop some out-of-the-box best practices Stress Scenario and MIS Reports for Banks Financial Departments.
These best practices will leverage:
-our rich Financial Data Mart,
-our powerful and deeply configurable Scenario Engine,
-our web based and user friendly Reporting Technology,
-our existing set of best practices
-To act as an ALM referee in for our ALM Implementation Services Team.
-To deliver to our Clients Business Requirements Analysis and Project Scope Definition Professional Services.
Our implementation projects are internationally based and cover a large scope of financial institutions.
These projects will bring a wide diversity of situations and renewed challenges.
Qualifications/Experience
-Excellent Educational Background (Master Degree Finance),
-5 to 7 years Experience in ALM in the bankig industry,
-Results oriented and ability to set clear goals and objectives, focusing on the achievement of targets, quality and deadlines,
-Must have a good working knowledge of fixed income portfolio management or ALM / Market Risk,
-Ability to sell on a needs/solutions approach and close deals effectively,
-Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills,
-Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions,
-Ability to work independently while also demonstrating excellent team-working skills,
-Excellent time management/organizational skills.
-Able to multi task and adhere to short deadlines.
-Must be prepared to travel regularly across EMEA region (average 66% of the time).
The role is based in St Cloud.
